IS THE PROCEDURE PAINFUL?
It would be unrealistic to expect absolutely no discomfort, however, it is slight with most procedures, and very tolerable. Discomfort levels are unique per individual. Technician experience, equipment, methods and patient maturity, desire and anxiety are all huge contributing factors. If necessary, topical anesthetics may be applied by your technician to assure a comfortable procedure.

DO I HAVE A CHOICE OF COLORS?
Definitely. There is a wide range of colors that you may choose from and custom blending is available. Your technician will assist you during a consultation using skin tone, hair color, bone structure, expectations, current everyday color choices etc. Ultimately, the final decision is yours.

DO I HAVE A CHOICE OF PLACEMENT OF PIGMENTS?
Absolutely. Again, during a consultation your technician will assist you in determining shape, size, and placement of pigment according to bone structure, facial symmetry, shape, skin tone, goals, etc. Ultimately, the final decision is yours. At no time will any pigment be implanted without full patient consent.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN RECOVERY?
In most cases there is slight swelling and redness around the immediate area. This will generally subside quickly (within 1-2 hours) post-procedure. You may resume normal activities immediately. No time off from work is necessary. Surprisingly, most people find their new procedure to go unnoticed by family and friends.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The actual procedure itself takes approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours. Additional time must be allotted for paperwork, photos, after care instructions and questions. All procedures are performed in private studio, where professionalism, sterility and patient comfort are our first priorities.
